All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Please refer to the shipping rates table above for full delivery timeframes and costs by destination. All times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
All orders include free standard shipping — no minimum spend required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the carrier.
You can also check your order status at any time by contacting us at support@dent-tastic.com with your order number.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@dent-tastic.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing an international order.
